Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery of final goods, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange for store credit.
We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.
Used or damaged goods cannot be accepted. Proof of purchase is required.
Once your product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed within 30 days.
Unfortunately, the products purchased in sale items cannot be exchanged or refunded for store credit.
